## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目赛博朋克题材的世界观框架搭建，包含核心命题、社会结构、势力版图、技术/义体体系、经济与权力运作逻辑等；
- 撰写并持续迭代世界观圣经（World Bible）、势力志、地理志、技术志、编年史等设定文档，确保内部一致性与可延展性；
- 输出一手概念设定包（含文案、关键剧情节点、角色前史、可视觉化的氛围关键词），为美术、剧本、关卡、系统策划提供创作输入；

### 与美术方向概念设计师强协同
- 将文字设定翻译为可执行的视觉方向；
- 跟踪赛博朋克题材的前沿作品、学术研究、社会议题，为项目提供持续的概念燃料；
- 对外部世界观顾问、剧本等合作方提供 brief，并对其交付的世界观/剧情内容做质量评审。 Requirements 1.3 年以上游戏世界观设计、剧本策划或 IP 策划经验，有完整项目交付； 2.对赛博朋克有深入研究与实践，理解其哲学/社会学内核； 3.优秀的长篇叙事能力与体系化思维，能在一个复杂世界观下保持逻辑自洽； 4.

### 强文档输出能力

能写高完成度的世界观白皮书、设定条目、势力志等结构化文档； 5.良好的跨职能沟通能力，能与美术、剧本、系统、运营、对外合作等不同角色高效协作。
