## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责ARPG产品商业化体系搭建与迭代优化，结合用户生态与版本节奏设计适配的商业化内容；
- 统筹项目内全品类商业化资源规划与投放策略，精准匹配用户付费习惯，支撑团队营收目标达成；
- 深入开展商业化相关数据分析与用户研究，推动分析结论落地应用并持续优化商业化方案；
- 联动研发、运营、市场等多团队协作，同步商业化需求、跟进开发节点、协调上线宣发资源，快速响应并解决付费问题、用户反馈及技术bug，确保商业化内容稳定运营。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏商业化相关岗位全职经验，有独立负责游戏主商业化模块经验者优先；
- 熟悉主流游戏商业化模式，能基于项目特性提炼并设计适配的商业化策略；
- 具备扎实的数据分析能力与逻辑思维，能独立完成数据洞察并输出有效结论；
- 拥有敏锐的用户付费洞察力与付费点挖掘能力，能精准把握用户需求并主导设计商业化方案；
- 自驱力强、责任心突出，具备优秀的团队协作能力与沟通执行力，能快速适应多类型工作内容并高效推进。
