## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于商业化目标，负责干员外观整体资源管线的规划，跟进资源研发过程，把控进度和最终的交付质量；
- 深度挖掘干员商业化特性及资源表现效果，为玩家提供更有价值的内容；
- 关注自身产品以及同类竞品，积极了解用户需求并提出可行性建议。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有游戏策划或美术经验更佳；
- 对主流竞技类游戏有体验，有FPS/TPS深度游戏经验者优先，有PC研发经验优先；
- 对新鲜事物有强烈好奇心，对当下游戏用户的消费心理和文娱偏好有深刻认知，有较好的审美品位和一定的创意能力；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强。
