## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责王者万象棋社区内容运营，合理规划社区活动与内容，持续提升社区粉丝规模与互动转化；
- 捕捉玩家热梗、流行话题与社区热点，联动生态资源，策划并产出具有破圈传播力的官方创意内容；
- 关注社区用户反馈，精准识别用户需求并对内提炼，应用多样化内容手段，包括但不限于视频、直播、线下会等等，建设玩家与官方之间的信任关系。 Requirements
- 热爱游戏，对王者荣耀和策略类游戏有深度认知，能理解玩家语境与需求；
- 网感强，对社区流行文化、内容传播规律有深刻理解与敏锐嗅觉；有游戏/泛娱乐类短视频账号运营经验者优先；
- 熟悉各平台KOL/KOC生态，有达人对接、联合内容策划经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的选题策划能力、文案写作能力与视觉审美，有直播/线下活动执行经验者加分；
- 善于跨团队协作，有较强的沟通、推进、抗压能力。
