## Job description

### 生态搭建
- 从零构建游戏全平台内容生态体系，制定内容规划与生态搭建路径，打通内容生产、分发、运营闭环，奠定长线内容生态基础；

### 内容策略制定
- 基于对游戏底层吸引力与玩家核心诉求的深度共情，精准挖掘游戏内容亮点与创作方向，策划分层内容策略，孵化扶持创作者，打造优质内容矩阵；

### 全平台生态运营与资源整合
- 深度对接全平台运营，联动MCN、头部创作者及平台资源落地内容活动，通过数据复盘持续优化生态运营策略，推动内容生态健康增长。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，5年及以上游戏内容生态运营经验，有完整0-1内容生态搭建成功案例，FPS/射击品类经验优先；
- 深度游戏玩家，对游戏底层核心吸引力与玩家真实诉求有深度共情能力，能将玩家视角转化为内容方向与运营策略；
- 熟悉全平台内容生态运营逻辑，擅长创作者分层管理与内容策划，具备丰富的平台、MCN及行业资源；
- 具备强跨部门协同与统筹推进能力，逻辑清晰，以数据驱动决策，有可量化生态数据成果者优先。
