## Job description

### 核心商业化资源全流程管线跟进
- 负责游戏内角色、武器、皮肤等核心商业化资源从概念设计、制作到最终上线的全流程管线推进，把控品质、进度与商业价值的平衡；

### 商业化系统与功能设计
- 负责游戏内商业化相关系统与功能（如商城、通行证/战令、抽取、礼包、活动付费等）的设计与开发跟进，保障系统体验流畅、付费转化健康；

### 售卖策略协同
- 与海外运营、发行团队紧密协作，结合各区域市场特性共同确定售卖策略、售卖方式与投放节奏，实现节奏化、精细化的商业化排期；

### 数据驱动迭代
- 基于付费、留存、活跃等数据反馈，灵活调整商业化规划、设计与生产节奏，持续优化 ARPU、付费率等核心指标；

### PVP 商业化探索
- 深度挖掘 PVP 射击玩法的商业化维度，在保证竞技公平性的前提下，探索契合海外玩家的创新商业化形式，拓展营收增长点。 Requirements 1.3年以上商业化/系统策划经验，熟悉市面主流产品的各类商业化系统设计，并有独立贯彻落地的实战经验； 2.有完整 RPG/射击品类项目的开发及上线经验者优先； 3.拥有 RPG/射击游戏的深度体验及付费经验者优先； 4.具备较强的商业化资源品鉴能力与用户共情能力，能敏锐判断内容的商业潜力与玩家接受度； 5.责任心强，具备良好的团队沟通协作能力与数据分析能力。
