## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责全国高校频道的拓展入驻及对接维护及运营指导，为活跃频道规模及用户活跃规模负责；
- 结合校园场景及校园人群需求，制定高校频道用户增长和活跃策略，为高校频道生态负责，打造标杆案例；
- 结合校园场景，策划节点/热点活动并执行，为数据效果负责，同时进行活动宣传及品牌传播；
- 结合用户反馈及数据分析持续优化高校频道内容运营策略，整合平台资源进行内外部营销合作，提升全国优质高校频道规模，强化用户认知心智。 Requirements 1.2年以上运营经验，有 BD 经验及校园资源； 2.熟悉当前校园流行文化，熟悉小红书、超话、豆瓣、贴吧等社区生态及玩法，具备社区营销思维，思维活跃脑洞大； 3.有互联网行业内容产品运营经验，对于业内动态保持高度敏感，有好奇心； 4.有数据分析能力，能够通过数据进行有效分析用户行为，有通过数据驱动解决问题的实际经验；
- 自我驱动性强，能承受较强工作压力，具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。
