## Job description

### 营销事件孵化及打造
- 负责腾讯游戏母品牌建设，策划并整合腾讯游戏旗下IP进行大型品牌节点及项目落地，具有业务思维，打造具有长线用户价值的品牌资产；

### 资源整合
- 内部协调各合作团队，外部有效整合优质合作资源，通过不同的合作落地提升腾讯游戏品牌C端和B端的品牌形象；

### 创意传播
- 大型品牌Campaign传播，善于用创新的思维和手法，借助势能快速引发用户关注，建立游戏玩家和社会公众对品牌的认知与好感；

### 项目管理
- 负责大型品牌项目统筹管理，对接内外团队，推进团队协作和项目落地，把控项目风险，不断进行总结和沉淀。 Requirements 1.3年及以上品牌营销经验，一线互联网/游戏公司品牌、创意、策划、营销类岗位，或服务游戏类的4A广告公关公司从业者优先，打造过爆款级市场营销案例者优先； 2.热爱游戏，忠实游戏玩家，对游戏行业和玩家有一定理解和敏感度； 3.擅长新项目从0到1孵化，根据策略目标和用户洞察打造吸睛的话题和事件，擅长营销借势，创意驱动； 4.具有独立思考能力，对探索类项目充满热情，主动构思项目整合内外资源直至落地；
- 擅长项目管理和整合性工作，能有效卷动支持团队围绕共同目标合作，具有良好的沟通谈判能力。
