## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 理解原画设定,并在此基础上进行二次创作；
- 负责游戏中写实3D模型贴图的制作；
- 负责外包资源的审核修改与外包团队的培养；
- 优化制作流程,制作PC端资源的同时跟进手机端版本的表现调优。 Requirements
- 具备5年以上游戏角色/怪物相关开发经验,熟悉游戏模型制作流程；
- 熟练使用Maya、Marvelous Designer、ZBrush、Photoshop、Substance Painter、Marmoset Toolbag、UE4等相关制作软件；
- 熟悉整套PBR流程,对材质还原、形体结构塑造有深入理解；
- 良好的团队协作,积极主动解决问题,能够承受较强的工作压力。
