## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 产品需求研发 + 基础架构研发工程师，综合角色；
- 负责腾讯AI网盘用户端产品需求研发工作，包括技术基建、研发效能提升、全局架构优化，产品需求开发等工作；
- 负责腾讯AI网盘用户端后台功能开发和性能优化。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上 C/C++/Golang 分布式系统开发经历；
- 责任心强、抗压能力强，有较强的逻辑思维、学习、沟通能力，工作能全局闭环；
- 热爱技术，有较强的学习意愿与能力，具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务，有项目进度把控能力；
- 熟悉多进程多线程编程，熟悉 TCP/IP，熟悉 Linux 网络编程和高并发，高可用设计范式；
- 熟悉 MySQL 数据库，NoSQL 存储，Kafka 等中间件；
- 熟悉常用的开源组件，包括 K8S 集群的搭建与运维，各种存储中间件的搭建与运维，并了解其内部原理。
