## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI算力交付的流程、规范设计和建设，跟踪全流程进度并确保交付质量；
- 负责AI算力运维的项目管理，跟踪和推动各日常执行工作；
- 建设高效、敏捷的流程工具，建立清晰、透明的沟通机制，确保各环节团队信息通畅透明。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉项目全生命周期管理流程，掌握敏捷项目管理理论基础，拥有PMP证书或Scrum Master认证优先；
- 具备英语作为工作语言；
- 具备较强的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力，有流程和规范建设经验优先；
- 具备较强的风险意识，能及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，能够独立思考并推动复杂事项的落地执行。
