## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责主流媒体游戏投放，包括但不限于短视频直播、社媒等，保障投放成本、产品ROI回收；
- 根据产品定位，深入分析用户画像、需求，制定并优化投放策略，根据投放测试结果优化各渠道投放比例，控制整体预算及成本；
- 提炼产品卖点，提供创意并协同设计部门对素材负责，根据投放效果优化素材方向；
- 监控及分析各渠道数据表现，及时、有针对性的调整投放策略及成本考核要求，并定期形成分析报告。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上投放经验，有大型项目成功操盘经验或者操作千万级及以上账户者优先，有媒体直客服务商运营经验优先；
- 对不同渠道的特性和竞价投放系统有深度认知，精通竞价广告的逻辑；
- 具备较强的数据敏感度、数据分析能力，有优化思维；
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，突出的市场洞察力及资源获取、整合能力，成本管控能力。
