## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责跟进和平精英产品及用户策略的制定与执行等工作；
- 负责产品重点专项的整合及输出，并协调配合各团队更好的落地；
- 持续跟踪分析重点项目的进度及效果，及时反馈并提出优化建议，确保项目落地的效率和质量；
- 跟进产品口碑表现，灵活制定优化策略并推动项目全链路落地；
- 跟进产品专项研究、分析、监控等研究分析类工作进展。 Requirements
- 熟悉用户及社区工作，具有2-3年以上相关工作经验；
- 热爱游戏，有比较深度的对于不同类型游戏及游戏玩家的认知，至少一款FPS产品达到“资深”或“高玩”水平；
- 拥有良好的社会化传播思维以及行业、用户风向的挖掘能力；
- 具有良好的沟通及表达能力，能与各合作团队沟通顺畅，推动项目进度；
- 拥有出色的抗压能力，能够在高压环境下保持高效的工作状态和高质量的产出；
- 拥有跨职能的工作经验者、有分析工作经历的工作者优先。
