## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 洞察目标用户群体的诉求，进行游戏外围系统的功能、界面及交互设计，保证体验；
- 独立完成需求的设计与撰写，并与程序、美术密切合作，负责系统的推进和落地；
- 协助保证游戏的成长、经济等数值提供良好体验，并符合产品成立的逻辑和战略；
- 根据研发、运营的实际情况以及线上数据对已有系统进行分析论证，不断迭代、提升所负责的内容；
- 根据公司、及产品的要求，配合运营进行游戏合规、对外需要等各方面的研发侧改造。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上游戏策划经验，完整经历过至少1款产品的研发到上线运营；
- 对于第一人称射击品类有较深的认知与积累，了解射击品类游戏的系统设计的要点；
- 了解主流长运营周期产品的终盘体验的主流框架设计；
- 熟练使用常用工具，有一定的数据可视化的经验为佳；
- 熟悉UE4，熟悉UI开发流程；
- 对于PC及Console游戏有一定的体验积累。
