## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 统筹项目内部武器模型与贴图相关工作，依据制作规范与工作流程，配合原画、TA 及其他美术岗位，产出符合项目品质与性能标准的模型与材质资产；
- 制作武器品质标杆，制定美术规范标准，优化工作流程；
- 钻研前沿技术，积累技术资源，共享武器制作内容经验，团队管；
- 主动与上下游各环节同学进行沟通，外部规范外包制作环节。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业，五年及以上 3D 游戏武器模型制作相关经验，熟知武器模型的工业化流程管线并能够制定美术规范标准，优化工作流程；
- 熟练使用 3ds Max / Maya、ZBrush、Substance Painter、Photoshop、虚幻引擎等行业主流工具，掌握 PBR 材质流程与写实、风格化贴图制作能力；
- 具备扎实的美术功底，在设计、造型、色彩、构图等方面有良好判断力，熟悉完整的角色制作工作流程，有游戏项目引擎实操经验；
- 有一定完善原画,补充设定的能力，富于想象力和创造力；
- 热爱游戏，熟悉当下市场热度游戏，对产品有相对敏锐的嗅觉。
