## Job description

### 工作地点
- 优先放在深圳，其次北京和上海；

### 合作对接
- 负责与境内外清算机构及国际卡组织的日常业务对接、合作洽谈与关系维护，推动合作项目落地；

### 业务方案设计
- 结合公司业务需求，与合作伙伴共同设计业务方案，协调内部产品、技术、合规等团队完成方案评估与推进；

### 项目管理与推进
- 统筹合作项目从立项、评估、测试到上线的全流程，跟进关键节点，协调解决合作过程中的业务与技术问题；

### 商务谈判支持
- 参与合作协议、费率、结算条款等商务谈判，推动合作条款的达成与签署；

### 市场分析
- 持续跟踪支付行业动态、合作模式，为业务决策提供数据与信息支持。 Requirements

### 工作经验
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、商务、计算机等相关专业优先；3年以上支付、清算、跨境支付或金融科技相关领域工作经验；

### 行业理解
- 熟悉支付业务流程，了解清算机构、银行卡组织的运作机制及行业规则者优先；

### 沟通协调能力
- 具备优秀的商务沟通、谈判与跨团队协调能力，能够独立对接外部合作方并推动项目落地；

### 项目管理能力
- 具备较强的项目统筹与推进能力，能够在多方协作中把控节奏、解决问题；

### 学习与抗压能力
- 对金融科技行业有热情，学习能力强，能适应快节奏、高强度的业务环境；
- 英语可作为工作语言（能与国际卡组无障碍沟通）。
