## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 目前项目处于前期设计探索阶段，关键字是【动作射击、公平PVP】，新同学加入后短期内都会安排参与核心玩法设计，因此对游戏阅历、行业专业性、创作热情、学习能力等方面要求较高。

### 项目顺利推进后，预期在后续工作主要需要承担如下工作内容

；
- 主要关注 PVPVE 环境中的 PVE 部分，设计怪物战斗、环境挑战等，强调玩法规则和怪谈主题结合；
- 参与怪物的人设和叙事设计；
- 设计 PVE 怪物生态与刷怪逻辑。 Requirements
- 游戏阅历丰富，对射击品类有深入理解；
- 对"做一款属于当代中国的游戏"有强烈热情与表达欲；
- 对达成共识的目标能报以信念，积极乐观，能在不确定性中灵活转变思路、快速迭代；
- 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，有责任心；
- 善于学习和使用生成式 AI 工具；
- 在玩法相关模块有至少两年行业经验，有 PVPVE 射击类游戏中 PVE 内容设计经验者优先；
- 对中式国潮 / 新怪谈题材有审美共情和表达热情。
