## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信小店商品及商家相关的治理工作，以及行业治理工作；

### 日常分析商品及商家的负反馈问题，分析各行业的负反馈问题，结合负反馈制定治理方案
- 包括制定规则，制定措施，并落实整体方案；

### 建设治理相关的基建体系
- 包括审核流程、处罚流程、质检流程等；
- 与各团队联合应对各类突发事件，及时跟进解决相关事件。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有电商风控经验优先；
- 优先考虑具有平台治理、标准制定等相关工作经验的候选人；
- 善于制定规则，对于分析case，研究规则有足够的耐心；
- 对数据高度敏感，擅长数据分析，熟练掌握SQL等数据分析工具；
- 跨团队沟通能力强，能够与合作方有效沟通和协作，共同推进治理工作；
- 能独挡一面，承受较强的工作压力。
