## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责ai芯片的整体微架构设计，包括core、缓存、调度器等关键模块；
- 面向大模型、搜广推等场景，对架构进行针对性优化；
- 对性能建模与分析，找出架构瓶颈，对算力带宽等参数做出分析；
- 与rtl、算子、编译器等工程师配合，完成ai芯片的流片和软件适配。 Requirements
- 熟悉CPU/GPU芯片架构；
- 熟悉C++、Python、verilog等基本技能；
- 熟悉GEM5、GPGPU-sim等模拟器；
- 参与过周期精确级性能模拟器的开发，有性能分析经验；
- 熟悉soc建模，能联通软件和硬件，参与整体性能评估。
