## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 作为云顶之弈运营策划板块核心负责人，制定产品中长期运营策略，统筹版本节奏、商业化规划与玩家生态建设，对关键业务指标负责；
- 负责对接发行链路上下游各合作伙伴，协调资源推动发行运营各项工作的顺利进行，确保国服玩家体验与商业目标平衡；
- 建立并持续优化运营数据监控体系，从数据中识别业务风险与增长机会，独立输出有判断力的分析结论与行动方案；
- 培养和带领运营团队成员，建立团队方法论与工作标准。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏运营或相关经验，对英雄联盟云顶之弈有深度理解，能清晰判断玩家诉求、版本节奏与商业化节奏之间的平衡点；
- 具备复杂项目中的跨组织协调能力，出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在高压环境下保持冷静和高效；
- 出色的数据敏感度与商业判断力，能从数据中提炼业务洞察而非仅做数据呈现。
