## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在合作中持续探索新场景、新模式、新产品，让更多用户由浅入深参与公益；
- 负责腾讯公益平台的用户及产品运营，促进不同分层的用户参与提升；
- 深入挖掘不同场景中用户参与公益动机，推动互动链路优化，提升用户各阶段体验；
- 制定运营策略，让公益用户持续关注公益项目，成为长期公益用户。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有用户产品运营及产品策划类经验者优先，有较深公益经验者优先；
- 对于新鲜事物充满好奇心，愿意主动尝试并体验各类新产品与服务，具备出色的创新思维；
- 具备强有力的自驱力，开放的团队合作意识，较强的沟通表达、学习能力。
