## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责王者荣耀IP内容的营销工作，包括产出全案营销，节点推广、内容创意策略，并负责线上线下全流程执行落地；
- 整合内外部资源，统筹和执行包括营销事件、创意素材、内容营销、KOL合作、BD合作、线下活动、社区运营和公关传播等多工作模块的整合营销活动，并对项目进度和最终效果负责；
- 有优秀的审美，能捕捉圈层热点，策划创意内容， 并使用AI 创意工具辅助内容产出，打造高传播度营销内容。 Requirements
- 热爱《王者荣耀》，熟悉王者荣耀世界观和英雄之间的人物关系；
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上营销经验，有全盘独立操盘项目经历；具备影视类宣发与跨界 BD 合作完整成功案例，娱乐圈 / 影视营销背景优先；

### 创意能力突出，内容审美在线，能独立策划宣发短片；从事过影视向内容产出
- 导演、编导、视觉传达等相关从业 / 专业背景优先；
- 重度活跃于各大内容社区，爱好广泛，涉猎各种泛娱乐内容，有追星或乙游等流行内容深度体验经验；擅长根据产品内容结合热点产出适配创意；
- 自驱力强、踏实肯干，结果导向，具备良好的项目管理和多任务统筹执行能力。
