## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 通过社区合作、技术布道、内容共创等，在部分核心区域市场建立腾讯云的品牌存在感和开发者信任度；
- 拓展和维系本地核心技术群体 — 深入海外开发者生态，建立并维护与本地核心技术社区、AI应用群体的长期关系，主动触达并融入当地技术圈层，形成可持续的社区影响力；
- 维系活跃开发者海外社群 — 运营海外开发者社群（Discord/Telegram/Reddit/Meetup等），策划技术沙龙、Hackathon、AMA等活动，保持社群活跃度和技术氛围；
- 重点区域精细化营销 — 针对部分核心区域市场，结合本地开发者生态特点，制定精细化营销方案并落地执行，协同线上投放团队做本地化内容适配。 Requirements 1.3年以上公有云、SaaS或AI类产品出海经验，有海外增长实操案例； 2.对海外开发者生态有深入理解，具备拓展和维系本地核心技术群体、AI应用群体的能力，能主动融入当地技术圈层并建立长期信任关系； 3.熟悉1-2个核心海外市场的用户增长know-how，了解当地开发者生态和获客渠道； 4.有开发者社区运营或KOC合作经验，可验证案例；
- 数据敏感度强，能独立搭建增长指标体系，用数据驱动决策；
- 英语流利，可作为日常工作语言。
