## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 专注于投资项目的退出，按部门退出策略和退出规划推动并完成退出工作；
- 深入了解项目情况，与被投企业建立和维护良好的关系，促进合作；
- 支持资产管理总监完成退出路径与方案的设计；
- 与内部财法税和业务部门等团队合作推动项目退出。 Requirements 1.4-6年工作经验，其中至少2年在PE/VC机构工作，投资和投后均可； 2.愿意以项目退出作为长期的工作方向； 3.较强的自我驱动力、责任心和执行力，能够在压力下有效工作，并达成目标； 4.良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与各方沟通合作，很强的分析问题和解决问题能力，有好奇心，具备乐观和开拓精神；
- 了解投后管理和退出所需的财务和法务知识；
- 中英文流利，优秀的中英文书写能力；
- 重点高校本科及以上学历。
