## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内音频算法的实现与优化；
- 系统化的设计与研发游戏业内领先的音频算法与音效解决方案；
- 解决游戏音频疑难问题。 Requirements
- 精通数字信号处理（DSP）基础算法与理论（FFT、滤波器设计、声学物理建模等），熟悉业内主流的3D音频算法技术（HRTF、Ambisonics等）以及动态混音算法；
- 主导或核心参与沉浸式音频项目（如VR/AR，杜比全景声适配），熟悉动态声场渲染与对象导向音频技术；
- 具备较好的算法实现优化与工程落地能力，精通 C/C++ 开发，熟悉 Python/Lua/C#/TypeScript 等任一脚本语言开发；
- 有较好的数据结构和算法基础，了解常用设计模式，具备良好的代码风格和编程习惯；
- 具备较好的沟通和学习能力，团队合作能力，善于分析问题和解决问题，责任心强。
