## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 AI 能力在游戏运行时的工程落地，包括实时对话 NPC、动态玩法事件触发、AI 生成内容等核心模块的设计与实现；
- 与内容安全团队协作，设计 AI 生成内容的审核串联方案，确保生成内容满足平台合规要求并控制在延迟预算内；
- 参与面向第三方游戏开发者的 AI 能力开放接口设计，定义 SDK 层的功能暴露方式与调用规范；
- 负责 AI 游玩 Agent 的工程实现，用于自动化覆盖率测试、异常输入压测及游戏行为模拟；
- 跟进 AI 生成技术前沿进展，结合项目实际场景进行技术选型与可行性验证。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；
- 具备游戏研发全流程经验，完整经历过至少一款游戏从立项到上线的全过程，能清晰描述各阶段的职责、技术挑战及解决方案；
- 熟练使用当前主流 AI 工具进行游戏开发，包括 AI 编程助手、AI 美术资产生成、AI 音频生成等，能将 AI 工具有效融入实际研发流程并显著提升产出效率；
- 熟练掌握 UE5 或 Unity 的游戏逻辑开发，具备实际的 C++ 或 C# 游戏系统代码编写能力；
- 有将 LLM 或生成模型接入游戏运行时的工程经验，理解延迟控制、幂等处理、降级策略等在游戏帧循环中的实际意义；
- 熟悉跨系统集成与接口设计，有 SDK 封装或引擎插件开发经验者优先。
