## Job description

### 实时交互视频与 AI 体验设计
- 负责基于实时交互视频生成模型（如：实时可交互的游戏视频，双工AI 数字人等）的产品设计与探索；针对“轻度/低动态（如数字人自由对话、AI陪伴）”及“高动态（如强交互视频、AI 游戏沙盒原型）”场景，设计顺畅、低延迟、高度符合物理与情感常识的互动流程；

### 用户洞察与场景定义
- 深入洞察 2C/UGC 用户的心理与互动需求，挖掘实时视频生成在娱乐、社交、互动游戏及个人陪伴等方向的应用场景；抽象并定义 AI Native产品的核心机制与表达方式，打造具备粘性与传播力的创新体验；

### 项目管理与端到端落地
- 跨部门打通算法、工程、数据、美术与设计团队，制定清晰的产品 Roadmap 与 Milestone，推进从 Demo 验证（PoC）到 MVP 上线及持续迭代的全流程；跟踪实时生成模型的关键指标（如端到端推理延迟、生成 FPS、画面连续性/时空一致性、因果控制力等），持续推动体验优化。 Requirements

### 基本资质与背景
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人机交互（HCI）、数字媒体艺术、游戏设计、计算艺术或海内外知名院校互动/AI 产品相关专业者优先；

### AIGC与交互产品经验
- 具备完整的 AIGC 产品设计经验，熟知扩散模型（Diffusion）、DiT 架构、大语言模型（LLM）及 Agent 交互的基本逻辑；有实际落地的 AI 生成类、实时交互视频类或 AI 数字人产品经验者优先；

### 项目管理与工程敏捷度
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力，能敏锐平衡前沿技术的不确定性（如大模型幻觉、生成延迟）与产品体验的确定性，具备强抗压能力与工程推进力；

### 游戏与创意加分项
- 有独立游戏（Indie Game）制作经验或传统游戏策划/设计经验者优先。理解游戏心流、数值/规则框架与关卡设计逻辑；具备极强的审美敏锐度与人机交互敏感度，对技术突破与玩法融合有极高的热情。
