## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责火影忍者手游渠道运营工作，能够基于游戏特色制定渠道运营策略，并完成落地，对增长目标负责；
- 协同其他发行模块，完成版本宣发/节点宣发等工作；
- 不限于传统渠道，拓展更多线上线下及跨端场景并策划相对应的宣发活动，对相关活动的合作覆盖效果、传播效果、口碑负责。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备游戏行业渠道运营相关经验；
- 具备优秀的商务合作及谈判策略能力，具备渠道/媒体/品牌/网吧等合作资源及经验者优先；
- 具备用户思维，能洞察用户需求并有能力转化为可落地的方案；
- 热爱游戏，对动作/竞技品类有深度理解，对《火影忍者》手游深度体验者优先。
