## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内PVP玩法与战斗机制的设计和优化，包括对抗规则、攻防博弈、团队配合及战斗节奏等，为最终的竞技体验负责；
- 能够围绕核心设计目标，使用UE蓝图及相关开发工具搭建可玩的玩法原型，通过实战测试验证博弈机制与玩法乐趣，推动方案从原型验证到正式落地；
- 负责角色及技能在PVP场景下的体验设计与调整，建立清晰的角色定位、优势与反制空间，兼顾操作深度、对抗公平性及不同水平玩家的体验；
- 负责PVP战斗平衡性的持续优化，结合对局数据、实战复盘与玩家反馈，分析角色强度、阵容生态及机制问题，制定调整方案并验证效果；
- 与程序、美术、系统、数值及测试等团队紧密合作，推进需求开发、体验打磨与版本迭代，并持续优化PVP相关的开发工具及测试流程。 Requirements
- 有三年以上MMO、ACT或竞技类游戏战斗策划经验，有PVP玩法、战斗机制或平衡性设计经验，具备成功上线项目经历者优先；
- 对PVP博弈有深入理解，能够从信息判断、距离与时机、资源交换、风险收益及团队协作等维度拆解对抗体验，并转化为可实现、可验证的设计方案；
- 熟悉UE蓝图、技能编辑器及战斗逻辑配置，具备较强的动手实现能力，能够独立搭建核心玩法或战斗机制原型，并根据测试反馈快速迭代；
- 对战斗平衡性有系统性认识，能够综合考虑角色机制、数值、操作难度、阵容搭配及不同水平玩家的表现，在保留角色特色与玩法多样性的前提下解决平衡问题；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够围绕设计目标提出数据需求，结合胜率、选用率、对局时长等指标定位问题，区分机制、数值与玩家熟练度等因素的影响；熟练使用Excel，具备SQL或Python分析能力者优先；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维、沟通协作及用户体验分析能力，能够推动设计方案落地并对结果负责；热爱游戏，对ACT、MMO及多人竞技游戏有深入体验，具备高水平竞技经历或系统性玩法研究成果者优先。
