## Job description

### Personal Agent 系统
- 搭建用户画像、世界知识、个性化信息处理、agentic 推荐服务等；

### LLM 后训练
- 增强 LLM 在共情、表达、推荐等方面的能力；

### LLM/Agent 持续学习
- 研究持续学习问题，内化用户历史、世界知识等信息。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业硕士/博士；
- 数学或数据结构与算法扎实，具备优秀的问题分析、建模和解决能力，有良好的科学思维；

### 加分项
- ；
- 对 Agent harness 有思考和实践，能够充分利用不同尺寸 LLM 的能力完成系统应用；
- 有 LLM 预训练、后训练基础，熟悉如何优化 LLM 在特定方向的表现。
