## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责小程序智能体的 SFT、RL 等模型的训练工作，提升大模型在工具调用、对话理解的表现； 2.建立评估体系，多维度评测量化智能体的执行质量。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握 SFT、RL 等模型训练方法，有丰富的模型调优和部署经验；
- 对大模型的运作机制有深入理解，熟悉常用算法和框架（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow ）；
- 除了对业界先进论文跟进外，能够创新性提出不一样的解法；
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
