## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目中美术效果的技术方案设计与实现，例如武器材质设计和开发；
- 与美术和引擎团队协作，设计并优化渲染方案，编写高性能Shader，确保效果在目标平台上的表现力和性能平衡；
- 为美术环节建立正确的工作流程和工作环境，确保生产环节的稳定性；
- 优化美术生产pipeline，提高美术工作效率，解决生产和开发中遇到的问题；
- 制作效果展示Demo，推广并跟踪应用；
- 设计美术资源规范和执行方案，跟踪并维护资产合规；
- 编写并维护技术文档，推广工具和技术。 Requirements
- 熟悉色彩和物理灯光相关知识，深入理解PBR理论；
- 扎实的图形学基础， 熟悉实时渲染管线，熟练掌握至少一门Shader编程语言（GLSL/HLSL/CG）；
- 熟悉Unreal或Unity引擎的灯光和渲染模块；
- 熟悉美术相关的DCC软件（3dsmax/Maya，SD/SP等）；
- 良好的书面和口头沟通能力，积极主动；
- 良好的审美和逻辑思维能力，独立解决问题的能力。
