## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责移动/PC/主机的游戏核心模块质量，专注提高版本质量和测试效率；
- 分析测试数据，识别质量风险，优化测试策略和流程。推动测试工具和方法创新，提高测试效率和质量；
- 统筹子公司及外包团队测试工作，建立标准化流程，保障测试质量。指导团队成员提升测试技能，提供技术支持并推动问题解决；
- 与策划、开发紧密合作，提前发现并解决潜在问题。协调跨团队资源，推动问题闭环，确保项目顺利交付。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，有3年以上游戏测试经验，有外包或子公司团队管理经验；
- 具备全局视野，深度理解质量体系、测试流程与测试风险管理；
- 了解常见FPS游戏核心玩法和游戏架构，能清晰拆分其核心玩法和模块。对Unreal或Unity引擎熟悉，能熟练使用引擎编辑器；
- 熟悉至少一门脚本或开发语言，如 Python、C++、C# 等；
- 优秀的执行力和抗压能力，热爱游戏测试，有良好的沟通能力，乐于主动反馈和积极思考。
