## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承担大规模在线服务系统的架构设计、研发迭代与日常维护工作；
- 负责通用基础服务建设，涵盖网关、账号登录、匹配、好友及大厅等核心模块；
- 参与 DS 治理相关能力的研发，并持续推进性能和架构优化；
- 完善服务可观测性与稳定性保障体系，包括压力测试、容量规划、运行监控及线上故障排查等。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握 Golang，深入理解并发编程机制，具备实际的性能分析与优化经验；
- 熟悉 Linux 操作系统及常用 Shell 命令，能够使用相关工具进行问题诊断和调试；
- 具备分布式微服务项目经验，熟悉 gRPC、Protobuf、Kubernetes、微服务治理以及 OpenTelemetry 可观测性技术体系；
- 学习能力和问题分析能力较强，具备良好的团队沟通与协作意识；认可并热爱游戏行业，积极主动，愿意持续探索新技术。
