## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 设计并推动HR共享服务核心业务场景的运营与交付管理，建立效率、质量、体验、风险等多维运营体系，保障服务流程高效稳定运行；
- 推动AI、Agent等能力在共享服务场景中的落地应用，探索AI与人工协同的新型服务模式，助力服务从被动响应向主动服务转变；
- 基于服务数据、员工声音和业务反馈，识别运营问题并建立洞察与反馈机制，推动HR政策、流程和产品持续优化；
- 打造面向未来的服务运营团队，推动团队能力升级、工作模式创新，建设学习型、数据驱动型的HR共享服务组织。 Requirements
- 具备大型企业HR共享服务、运营管理或服务体系建设经验，有SSC搭建、运营及复杂项目推动经验者优先；
- 具备跨团队协同和项目落地能力，能够与产品、研发、AI团队深度协作，共同推动服务模式创新；
- 关注服务体验与运营效率的平衡，能够站在用户视角设计服务、站在业务视角思考问题；
- 具备较强的数据意识和问题洞察能力，能够从数据、反馈和流程中发现问题，并推动改进落地；
- 不局限于熟悉某一个模块流程，愿意主动拥抱AI带来的变化，善于挑战既有流程和工作方式。
