## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 为部门整体经营过程与结果负责，承上启下参与BG整体产品管理规范与框架制定；
- 负责产品生命周期管理，把控立项、定义、roadmap规划、发布和退市全流程，支撑管理、损益和售卖效率与价值的提升，横向持续优化产品间集成与协同效能；
- 定义与完善产品健康度框架，从财务、运营、竞争力和市场表现等多维度对处于不同阶段与赛道的产品进行评估，构建迭代准确有效的数据分析工具对业务与管理赋能；
- 洞察市场趋势，行业商机与竞争态势，结合产品健康度情况，为产品提供可行的优化策略与建议，提升产品经营表现；
- 深入产品管理和商业化全流程，完善相关主数据与系统流程建设，推动持续提升整体产品管理和经营效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，五年以上的云计算相关产品规划、设计、运营和管理工作经验，熟悉云计算基础产品（计算、网络、存储、数据库等某一领域或多个领域）；
- 对TO B产品的经营流程有较深入理解，具备优秀的数据分析、流程设计和方案优化能力；
- 优秀的企业级市场经营分析与商业分析能力和经验；
- 具备良好的团队沟通和跨部门协作能力。
