## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责研究多媒体领域的前沿AI算法模型，包括视频增强与处理、视觉多模型生成、编辑等方向；
- 负责模型推理加速研究和落地，包括但不限于模型量化、蒸馏、剪枝、算子优化等，持续优化推理性能；
- 深入研究机器学习、深度学习等领域的前沿技术，结合视频/图片业务需求进行技术创新和应用开发；
- 跟踪并分析国内外最新的人工智能科研进展，引导团队的研究方向。 Requirements
- 精通传统CV算法、深度学习和机器学习，精通前沿的AI架构和训练框架；
- 具备TVM/ONNXRuntime/TensorRT/vllm等推理框架实战经验，精通CUDA编程及硬件加速原理；
- 已经深耕工业界多年并有成功的AI视频产品经验，或在学术界有深厚的学术成果；
- 良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够引导和激励团队成员；
- 对AI视频技术有强烈热情和前瞻性，愿意在这个领域深入研究和创新。
