## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 AI Bot 系统的研发与落地，结合游戏玩法探索强化学习等 AI 技术在 Bot 行为决策中的应用，提升 Bot 智能表现、运行稳定性和多人对战体验；
- 负责 UE DS功能开发与性能优化，覆盖寻路、物理、AI感知、网络同步等模块，提升 DS 运行效率、稳定性与承载能力；
- 负责 AI 算法与 Agent 能力的接入、评测与优化, 推动 AI 在游戏研发与业务场景中的落地应用。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉游戏 AI Bot开发，具备强化学习相关项目经验，能够结合游戏玩法完成 AI 行为策略设计、训练评测与效果优化；
- 具备 UE DS相关开发经验，熟悉战斗逻辑、行为决策、导航寻路、网络同步等服务模块；
- 拥有优秀的分析和解决问题能力，具备良好的团队协作能力，对游戏前沿技术有热情。
