## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责角色移动、战斗、技能等相关动画设计与制作；
- 与策划、角色、特效及程序团队协作，共同打磨角色战斗体验与表现效果；
- 参与动作方案设计与迭代，从玩家体验角度对动作表现提出建议和优化方案；
- 配合完成动画资源在UE5中的落地与调试。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏动画相关工作经验，参与过完整项目开发； 2.熟练使用Maya等主流动画制作工具； 3.具备扎实的运动规律理解与动作设计能力； 4.能够独立完成角色移动、战斗及技能动画制作；
- 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识。
