## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责金融领域大模型预训练与后训练工作，包括但不限于持续预训练、强化学习、模型结构优化等关键环节，提升模型在金融领域的专业性与泛化能力；
- 主导后训练对齐算法的技术实践，包括但不限于设计奖励机制、训练策略等，大幅度提升金融场景下的用户偏好和深度需求满足；
- 聚焦金融核心业务场景，构建大模型驱动的解决方案，推动技术成果产品化，构建端到端金融智能应用系统。 Requirements
- 任职要求；

### 学历背景
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、人工智能等相关；

### 技术能力
- ；
- 深刻理解大模型预训练、后训练 全流程，具备千亿/百亿参数级模型实践经验；
- 熟练掌握DeepSpeed、Megatron-LM、HuggingFace等分布式训练框架；
- 在NeurIPS、ICLR、ACL、CVPR等AI顶会/期刊发表高质量论文者优先。
