## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对重要竞标项目做好全面支撑保障；持续梳理、沉淀和迭代对口业务所需的投标能力项，并赋能业务；
- 对相关业务领域招标策略进行研究、洞察和预判；挖掘商务竞标优势，总结针对性打法和策略，并持续推动竞争力提升；
- 识别和判断投标项目实质性风险，做好必要管理及决策支撑；
- 对包括工具流程在内的投标支撑体系进行持续优化。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉一个或多个垂直行业的投标及ToB项目运作优先，有云行业相关经验优先；
- 熟练的英语听说读写能力，能作为工作语言，主导并撰写过全英文标书优先；
- 主动性强，逻辑性好，有全局视角，工作细致严谨；
- 善于发现和总结问题，及业务指导与带动能力；有丰富业务能力沉淀并持续优化相关经验优先；
- 沟通能力强，善于合作，有丰富跨地域跨团队主导复杂工作落地经验优先；
- 目标及结果导向，能适应快节奏、较大压力的工作。
