## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击类游戏中高等阶商业化角色概念设计；
- 负责商业化角色局内外（演绎，技能）的配套设计；
- 并行跟进审核外包角色设计，确保风格和品质统一。 Requirements 1.5年以上经验，美术功底扎实，具备审美高度、良好的结构、色彩、线条等把握能力； 2.具备持续更新的设计理念和商业化思维，能够对玩家喜好进行理性分析，并沉淀为系统的方法论； 3.对于现代角色体系，潮牌服饰体现，科幻机械体系有较强的设计把握能力，擅长角色世界观体系设计；
- 擅于使用AI提效，具备良好的跟进落地和推动能力，沟通能力强，能与跨职能高效协作。
