## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责视频号特效等AIGC场景的算法工程与业务开发；
- 负责生图生视频模型训练的Infra优化工作；
- 对模型服务性能做极致优化，保证需求的快速迭代和高质量稳定运行；
- 结合业务场景对模型进行管理调度以及针对性优化，提升业务的稳定性；
- 完成内部AI应用研效工具建设，帮助产品迅速落地想法，提升迭代效率。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，有2年或以上服务端开发经验；
- 熟练掌握常见的编程语言（如 C++，Python、Java、Go 等），熟练掌握深度学习框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch）；
- 有海量服务开发、网络通信优化、计算性能优化经验者优先；
- 有大模型应用经验，能够运用大语言模型（如 GPT、BERT）进行实际场景开发与优化，在学术界/工程界有落地的实践经验者优先；
- 强烈的自我驱动能力，独立推进技术研发并解决实际问题。
