## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 研究模型对生成内容的理解能力，解析语义、对象、关系、空间结构；
- 实现生成视频的状态跟踪与一致性建模；
- 探索"生成-理解一体化"模型架构；
- 研究"动作输入→视频输出"的因果一致性控制与物理约束；
- 研究混合架构，实现实时交互式生成的低延迟反馈；
- 与 Agent/RL 团队协作，推动"生成→理解→控制→反馈"端到端闭环；
- 在游戏场景中验证可控交互能力，主导评测体系建立；
- 持续跟进业界相关工作，形成自有技术路线。 Requirements
- AI 相关博士，方向覆盖视频理解/视频预测/强化学习/多模态生成与理解；
- 深度理解视频生成与理解两类模型的内部机制，熟悉扩散模型原理；
- 有交互式视频生成或可控视频生成相关研究经历；
- 能独立设计复杂模型训练 pipeline，强工程能力；
- 熟练使用 Python/PyTorch，有视频理解、可控生成或强化学习相关方向论文；
- 有游戏 AI、仿真环境或闭环系统经验者优先；
- 在顶级会议或期刊发表过相关论文者优先。
