## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目整体商业化投放和运营策略工作；

### 负责分析行业趋势，设计并优化商业化体系，包括但不限于
- 付费结构、定价策略、商业化活动、经济系统等；
- 与系统、数值、运营等模块紧密合作，塑造活跃与商业化的正向驱动关系，保障经济运营的健康可持续；
- 负责商业化相关数据平台搭建，定期复盘，以数据驱动商业化决策，并推进版本落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年及以上商业化策划或运营经验，有大型上线项目的商业化设计经历；
- 了解游戏经济系统设计原理，对虚拟商品定价、供需关系、通胀/通缩控制有深刻认知，并对交易生态下的玩家付费心理和行为有敏锐的洞察；
- 热爱射击游戏，对市面上各类游戏的运营思路有深入的分析、理解；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强。
