## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 DevOps 平台 AI 研发全流程产品的设计、开发与落地，覆盖需求分析、方案设计、研发交付到迭代优化的完整链路；
- 担任团队核心研发角色，主导技术方案设计与代码评审，把控工程质量与技术演进方向；
- 持续优化系统架构与交互体验，提升 AI 产品的易用性和业务落地效果；
- 跨团队高效协同，独立输出产品方案与执行计划，推动功能迭代高质量落地。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握 Python、Go 或 C++ 中至少一种语言，具备 3 年以上服务端或 AI 应用开发经验；
- 熟悉 DevOps 领域 AI 产品与工具开发，有大模型应用落地经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的学习能力与逻辑思维，能快速掌握大模型相关应用技术并应用于实际场景；
- 拥有良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，可高效推动项目交付。
