## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责腾讯光子工作室群旗下的游戏项目制定符合产品特性音频设计以及落地方案； 2.基于音频设计的方案，沟通需求、制作并整合资源、测试验证及优化，把控游戏声音的最终品质。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年或以上游戏音频工作经验，熟悉游戏音频制作的流程；作为核心成员完整的参与过至少一款已发行的高品质游戏音频设计工作；
- 具有优秀的声音审美和声音设计能力；熟练掌握一种或以上DAW，具有较好的效果器、合成器等声音设计工具实际运用能力；
- 具有较强的游戏音频设计与管线架构能力，能熟练操作Wwise等音频中间件，并能高效完成整合资源与音频相关功能设计工作；
- 熟悉Unity、UE等游戏引擎的基础操作；
- 具有一定项目管理能力，有协调内外部团队与保证需求按时交付的经验；
- 资深游戏玩家，对电子游戏以及游戏音频充满热诚，并且对游戏玩法和游戏声音设计之间的关系有自己的理解。能站在玩家角度，善于分析竞品和优秀的游戏，并能提炼出优秀的设计方案加以应用；
- 能够独立攻坚项目，也能跟同伴良好的协同工作，具备良好的学习能力和团队精神；
- 有良好的英文读写水平者优先。
