## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责和平精英核心玩法的设计与创新，输出高质量玩法方案；
- 统筹玩法需求从立项到上线的全流程推进，确保按时交付；
- 基于玩法数据与玩家反馈，持续优化玩法体验与长线更新；
- 协调程序、美术、QA、运营等团队资源，推动跨部门协作；
- 管理玩法策划组，负责任务分配、人才培养与团队建设。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏策划经验，3年以上射击品类玩法设计和研发经验； 2.深度射击游戏玩家，理解BR、搜打撤等射击竞技品类，具备扎实的玩法设计能力； 3.2年以上策划团队管理经验，统筹与项目推进能力强； 4.优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，善于合作，具备大型团队的研发经验。
