## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导部门软件工程智能化技术方向规划，制定智能测试、缺陷检测、精准回归等方向的技术路线图并推动落地；
- 设计并推动金融研发质效智能体落地，搭建AI驱动的质量保障体系，建立可度量的效能提升闭环；
- 攻克大模型在金融测试场景的核心技术难题（如幻觉治理、领域适配、长链路推理）；
- 参与团队技术人才培养，跨团队协同推动智能研发能力在多业务线的落地。 Requirements
- 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有扎实的理论基础和独立定义研究方向的能力；
- 深入掌握 Agent 核心架构（Planning / Tool Calling / Memory / Reflection），有 Agent 系统设计与落地经验；
- 熟悉 Test Harness 工程体系，具备构建自动化评测框架与质量度量方案的能力；
- 精通 Python，熟悉 Go 或 Java 优先；具备分布式系统设计能力，能驱动测试基础设施的AI化变革；
- 对金融业务有一定理解，能把控AI落地中；
- 的合规性与资金安全约束；
- 优秀的技术视野与判断力，能快速评估新技术的落地价值，开放心态，抗压能力强。
