## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责使用UE5引擎游戏内角色技能/场景等各模块特效的设计与制作，符合写实魂系风格和品质要求；
- 协同2D美术、策划、程序团队，实现特效设计落地与性能优化；
- 主导或参与外包特效资源的审核、反馈与管理，确保外包产出符合项目标准与进度要求；
- 研究和跟进行业前沿的3D特效技术、工具与表现手法，推动项目特效流程提效及品质提升。 Requirements
- 拥有完整3A项目的特效制作经验，能够独立负责从概念到最终落地的高品质特效全流程；
- 深刻理解魂系美学，能制作黑暗、厚重、富有叙事感的写实特效；
- 精通Houdini、Maya等特效软件及UE引擎特效模块，熟悉PBR流程；
- 具备实际的外包管理经验，能独立进行审核、反馈与协调；
- 沟通能力好，能适应高要求、快节奏的团队开发。
